I. VILLAS CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

1. Villa A2

Construction stage:
a) Columns at the basement level are constructed
b) Mid retaining walls are executed
c) Columns and walls in contact with soil are isolated using Bitumen
d) MEP pipes are installed along with the columns
e) Slab on grade is executed
f) Swimming pool is under construction

2. Villa B1

d) Manholes and MEP system at the slab on grade level is executed
e) Slab on grade has been cast

5. Villa B6

Construction stages:
a) Foundations formwork and reinforcements are constructed
b) Concrete foundations are cast
c) MEP works at the basement level is prepared
d) Tie beams and slab on grade are constructed over a nylon isolation sheet in the lower level of the basement floor
e) Spandrel beams are constructed to carry the upper level of the basement floor

6. Villa B7

f) Slab on grade reinforcements are distributed over a nylon sheet
g) Slab on grade concrete has been cast

1. Northern Road
The remaining part of northern is ready for the asphalt pavement, manholes and drainage pipes are being installed.

2. North-western Exit
The north-western exit is currently being excavated and drainage pipes are being installed.

3. Western Road
The western road is excavated, base-coarse laid and pipes installed.

4. Southern Road
Some parts of the southern road are ready for asphalt pavement and the rest is under excavations. Infrastructure pipes are being installed.

5. Southern Exit
